Steve C. Pease
Steve Pease has more than 20 years of executive coaching and consulting experience, ranging from Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial companies. After six years, he left Right Management Consultants – the world's largest organizational consulting and career transitioning company – to start his own organization. Steve is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with a degree in organizational communications.
He coaches individual corporate leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as senior leadership teams. Through his personal guidance, Steve has enabled a number of executives to transform their performance to a higher level. He has over 9,500 hours of direct and diversified coaching experience.
Steve is an accredited Leader Effectiveness Training (LET) instructor. He has held numerous leadership roles in the Tampa Bay area. These include the Tampa Bay Coaches Association; the Downtown Rotary Club of St. Petersburg, Florida; and the Executive Exchange of St. Petersburg. He is married to Cheryl and has two sons, Zachary and Gregory.
