Leader Effectiveness Training (LET)
The core course in the Stickler Learning curriculum is Leader Effectiveness Training (LET). LET is so successful because it focuses on skills. The three key skills are: (1) facilitation and problem solving, (2) confrontation and (3) conflict resolution. Managers who become proficient in these three key skill areas confront problem employees more quickly, resolve differences and disagreements effectively, conduct productive team meetings, improve the ability to coach and develop team members, become good listeners and more.
LET is a three-day program. The materials include the popular LET textbook, a comprehensive student workbook and six role-play case study situations. Over 7,000 bank managers have graduated from LET through the training of Stickler Learning, making it one of the top leadership courses in the industry. LET training is conducted on an in-house, in-person basis.
An accredited LET trainer from Stickler Learning conducts the training at the bank (or at an off-site training center). The number of classes is determined by the size of the bank and the number of managers to be trained. An ideal class size is 15 to 20 managers. We encourage every bank manager to attend, from presidents and CEOs to frontline supervisors.
